    Return requested…no response

    I requested a return on 12/8. November response. I called. The message said to send a text. I sent a text. No response. I re-ordered the same items for the correct gaming system. That order says delivered. Not delivered. I have emailed, called, texted…no response. It feels terrible to feel ripped off when purchasing something my son asked for for Christmas.
