  • Returns must be in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Ship the item back to our provided return address

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items
