Return Process

- Returns must be in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship the item back to our provided return address
Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@varsitygripz.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items
- A replacement or full refund will be issued once we receive the damaged item
